Resumes for STEM majors are very similar to resumes for other majors, but a key difference is you want to highlight your skills, projects and research. For skills it may be "Technical Skills" which outlines your computer program knowledge or "Scientific Skills" which promotes your lab techniques.
Another area that may be unique to STEM majors is highlighting your "Projects" or "Research Experience." For both of these experiences you can format it like a position and go into bullet point(s) to demonstrate your skill set.
